Returns & exchanges

Because our personalised and custom-made pieces are created especially for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If anything isn’t quite right with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Non-personalised items in original condition may be returned within 14 days.
